Who we are

Smart BlackBerry is operated by IT Dynamics, Bucharest, Romania. IT Dynamics is the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything in this notice, write to contact@smartblackberry.com.

The operator’s full legal name is IT Dynamics Outsourcing, registered in Romania under fiscal identification code (CUI) 29586952.

What we collect

The contact form collects your name, your email address, your company (optional), the topic you pick and the message you write. When you send it, we also record the IP address the request comes from, to prevent spam and abuse of the form.

Like any website, our server keeps standard access logs — the IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and the browser used. We use these only to keep the site running and secure. We run no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party tracking of any kind.

Why we collect it

To answer you. We use what you send to reply to your enquiry and, if a project follows, to run it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and the steps taken at your request before any contract.

How long we keep it

As long as it takes to answer your enquiry, and for the duration of any commercial relationship that follows. After that, we delete it or keep only what the law requires us to.

Who else sees it

The website and the contact form run on infrastructure operated by IT Dynamics; the email your message generates is delivered by our own mail server to contact@smartblackberry.com. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to any third-party form service, email-marketing platform or analytics provider.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@smartblackberry.com and we will respond.

If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority — the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking. The only thing it stores in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, kept locally on your device; it is never sent to us or to anyone else.
