"Every new hire learns it differently. We need one place."
A tourism company whose know-how lived in people’s heads and scattered documents.
Procedures, policies and training were spread across documents, inboxes and word of mouth. Onboarding a new person depended on who happened to explain it.
We set up Moodle as their single training platform: their own procedures and policies as structured courses, accessible on desktop and mobile, with completion tracked per person.
New staff now onboard from one place, and the team keeps its own record of who has completed what.
