A work-safety firm running mandatory instruction on paper.
Mandatory work-safety (SSM) instruction was delivered and recorded on paper — slow to run, hard to track, and a burden to store.
We digitised the process on Moodle: the instruction as trackable courses, completion recorded automatically, and records available without a filing cabinet.
Completion is now on the record for every person, and the paper trail shrinks to almost nothing.
