A travel company with plenty to say and no way to measure it.
The client sent the occasional email and had no idea whether anyone opened it. There was no segmentation, no reporting, no sense of which messages landed.
We built their communication on Mautic, self-hosted alongside their WordPress site: contacts organised into segments, campaigns they could send themselves, and open, click and read reporting on every message.
The result is not a bigger list — it is a clearer one. They can now see which messages customers actually engage with, and adjust what they send.
